"I just wanted to express my appreciation and thanks for your help during the last couple of days of Herbert's life. It was a comfort and help to me to know someone was with him and attending to his requests. I can understand why your franchise was recognized. You are not only professional, but compassionate. Thank you!!!"
"Dear Comfort Keepers, I know that it took a lot of special scheduling to take care of my sister from June 26 to 28. I wanted you to know that you lived up to your name - you were truly a comfort to me and to her - Ruth S. Thank you for being there when you were needed. - Sincerely,"
"Mr. and Mrs. Yeomans, Congratulations on the honor that was given to you for employee satisfaction. I certainly needed and received your help last year and would have gone to the nursing home otherwise with my broken leg. The girls were wonderful. - Sincerely,"
"What I enjoy most about being a Comfort Keeper is being able to assist the wonderful people in my little area of the world that need it."
"To all the staff at Comfort Keepers"
"Dear Joanie and Staff, Thank you for being such a big help during these last few difficult years. Your level of caring and comforting went far beyond just doing your jobs. The love and kindness you showed to Mom and to me has touched me in ways I will long remember. I truly don't know what we would have done without you. - With love and gratitude,"
"To All the Staff of Comfort Keepers, thank you for extending our reach of love to our aunt Virginia N. God Bless You all this holiday season."
""David did very well! Everything for the trip home from the hospital went very well! I am VERY APPRECIATIVE! Be sure to tell your boss. The doctor did not call back to check like they usually do and I was reassured to know that you
were checking in. I would recommend your services to everyone. I live in Connecticut but would call you anytime for myself or for others.""
"I want to personally thank you for the wonderful care you provided to my mother the last 2-3 weeks of her life. Anytime I was there, each caretaker was very attentive, tried to get her to eat and took her outside daily. I certainly was impressed with the quality of care. We made a wise decision to go with Comfort Keepers and could not have been more pleased. Unfortunately we did not need the service very long but I was belssed to have my mom with me until she was 91 1/2 years old. Again, thank you. The care and compassion of the caretakers was remarkable."
"Dear Comfort Keepers, Thank you for letting me know about my Mother’s toothache. We got her in to her dentist, Dr. Smith, and I hope with his prescription, that she is now on the mend."
"You [Comfort Keepers] went beyond the call of duty, always, to assist and to check on me. Even when I left home to go to HealthSouth Western Hills in Parkersburg, you still checked on me and even got me needed items because I was unable to shop for additional clothes. I so much appreciate your kindness, comfort, and dedication."
