Local Comfort Keepers® Recognized Again for Operational Excellence
Marietta, OH (November 12, 2015) – Lou Holtz said ‘Don’t ever promise more than you can deliver, but always deliver more than you promise.’ For the 3rd year in a row, Comfort Keepers of the Mid-Ohio Valley was awarded the 2014-2015 Operational Excellence award by CK Franchising, Inc., franchisor of Comfort Keepers in-home senior care franchise network, for consistent delivery of exceptional service. The local office was one of only 30 offices in the world to receive this award out of over more than 700 franchised locations. David and Joanie Yeomans, owners of the local franchise, were honored recently at the 2015 Comfort Keepers Leadership Conference in Indianapolis, IN.
Gaining this recognition is a notable feat that requires hard work on the part of the franchise owner to consistently provide high quality service to its clients, employees and the community on a regular basis. Awardees were selected for compliance with stringent quality standards that resulted in overall client satisfaction for exemplary service and quality of care during the time period from January 2014 to June 2015. They are also rated on their level of community involvement.
“More than the other performance and milestone awards that we have received, this award is especially treasured because of what it means to the seniors and families that we serve,” said Joanie Yeomans. “To be depended on by the adult daughter living out of state, to be counted on to show up during the snow storm by the senior running out of food, to make a commitment to provide the highest quality of care on a consistent basis and come through, that’s what we do. It’s the hallmark of Comfort Keepers. It just doesn’t get any better than this.”
Comfort Keepers, a growing franchise offering in-home care and services for seniors and other adults needing assistance, allows clients to live comfortably in their own homes and maintain their independence. Their care packages can include companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, incidental transportation, laundry, recreational activities, and more. All Comfort Keepers caregivers are employees who undergo criminal, driving, and credit background checks that ensure dependability and reliability. The Yeomans have owned the Mid-Ohio Valley Comfort Keepers franchise for 11 years.
